Warehouse sale prices are available at selected event locations on the date specified on marketing collateral only.

1. No pass-outs. If you choose to exit the sale you will be required to line up again before entering. 2. Maximum of 20 items per person. 3. No holds or hoarding items for excessive periods of time. 4. Anyone displaying inappropriate behaviour will be asked to exit the sale. (e.g. arguments, aggressive behaviour) 5. Bag check: as a condition of entry, you will be requested to present any bags, parcels, containers, etc before entering. Conditions of Sale 1. No credits, exchanges or returns are available on Lorna Jane warehouse ‘final sale’ product for change of mind unless an item is deemed to contain a fault. 2. Products identified as faulty, defective or marked in any way– depending whether the issue is major or minor – will be provided a refund, exchange or credit for any goods returned within a reasonable timeframe from sale upon proof of purchase. 3. Please choose carefully as items are sold in ‘as is’ condition and some items may contain imperfections and defects. Faulty, defective or marked product which has been identified for your attention by a written notice displayed with the product (including samples and seconds), the respective fault/defect/mark will not be considered when determining whether or not the product is faulty. 4. Lorna Jane reserves the right to determine whether a product is deemed to be faulty, defect or marked and will conduct a production and quality check. 5. Prices are not negotiable based on the condition of an item. 6. Fitting rooms are available to ensure you can choose the correct size. 7. Please refer to the prices on pink signs displayed in each area. 8. New arrival full price stock may get misplaced during the event into the sale stock area. Please note this will not be included in the advertised warehouse sale prices. We do not take liability for misplacement. 9. Gift cards are NOT accepted. 10. Eftpos and cash payment methods available. No amex or diners. 11. No sale is eligible for active living rewards points.
